Marlboro Laser offers fabrication services extending to metal forming. Applying force to a piece of metal to modify the shape is done to create any angle. We can manufacture part thickness to .25” and part lengths up to 8’, depending on thickness and tonnage.
We provide MIG, TIG and Stick welding for a variety of standard and custom applications. Each welding project is determined by the type of material, along with the use and standards. Our experience extends to nearly every material, including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum welding materials.
Metal shearing has withstood the test of time, proving to be a great process for making precision cuts. Our metal shearing machines are used to cut sheet metal from a flat stock or roll stock to the appropriate size specified by the customer. We can process nearly every material for shearing up to 10' long

Marlboro Laser completes the manufacturing process with mechanical assembly. If decided upon, turnaround time is greatly increased, and products are finished faster and in one location. Depending on your product, we can provide multiple assembly services catered to your needs.
